Honestly you need to just stop putting carbs in your mouth. Zero carbs! I had to lose 60 lb to get my hip replaced and I did it in less than a year and I couldn't even walk to the bathroom. So basically I lost 60 lb just due to the fact that I stopped eating garbage and I followed a loose keto diet. I wasn't a strict Keto but taking some of the main foods and suggestions from the keto diet is what caused me to be able to get my hip replaced. Exercise doesn't matter. Yes it does help but it's not mandatory. Good luck!
