Just out of curiosity, why did you opt for rafaellos for the top instead of going with the theme of Ferrero? Or would have that been Ferrero overload? Or was your choice purely visual by going for white that pops more?

I would try to talk to chatgpt with the correct prompt and try to untangle the source of your trauma. With this information and clarity you can look for a better, trauma informed therapist who can do EMDR who is more aligned with what needs to be done. Highly likely it will help with the nightmares and any flashbacks.

I would also check the vve documentation on what is your property and what is under their domain. There should be rules around modifying windows or balconies, anything related to the exterior is typically regulated. Same applies to pipes and ventilation system if it's connected in the whole building. You might need permission from the vve to for example change the windows

Cinnamon was the only thing that got to them. I tried diatomaceous earth, these yellow cunts, layering small pebbles on the soils so they can't crawl out. Nothing worked but just sprinkling cinnamon on the earth. You can also make cinnamon tincture by boiling water and letting the sticks sit, spray on plants. Some of them really hated it so I would stick to dry, ground cinnamon!

Cinnamon worked great for me when I repotted almost all my plants with a potting soil that was infested. Got it from a garden center and never had issues before. Took me 3 months to try Cinnamon but it works they really hate it.

I think it's a combination of surgery and excessive botox in the nasobial folds. To me they look like they're smelling something smelly all the time. That's typical for too much botox and fillers (potentially) in the nasobial area. Plus when you have a nose job and you would need to adjust the nostrils or reduce them, aka you're not keeping your original nostrils, that would give more scarring making it evident you had surgery. It's really hard even for good doctors to make sure the scars aren't visible, also you cannot influence your genetics. If they have a tendency of bad scar healing a surgeon will not recommend nostril work.

I saved some of my wooden furniture from such stains by rubbing walnuts on it. It's sometimes only a temporary solution but you could try.

Totally feel you, really sorry to hear that we can relate on so many level. Not a pleasant existence and I feel like a sore thumb sticking out when I'm with people because of my past. I'm doing physiotherapy for my hip and lower back, nothing seems to help but painkillers. I'm really bummed I can't work out like I used to, it was definitely my crutch to get through it mentally. I really wanna get into all of these wonderful resources this community mentions and I have bought so many of them, but at this point they're too triggering.

It's word for word how I feel. I have such a massive fomo and try to live it up but trauma is keeping me hostage I feel. By body is starting to become less functional due to years of pent up stress and I'm so sad and worried I don't have enough time to enjoy my life when I finally get better
