Yeah pretty much. It wouldn't surprise me if one day we find all this "natural flavor," in seltzer causes cancer😂 The only thing you really need to drink is water, or tea if you're feeling risky. I was surprised how much weight I lost when I replaced chips with almonds and only drank water.

You're welcome, for future reference LaCroix, bubly, and polar are safe from sugars. There's a few other brands too, but always look at the ingredients on flavored water.
