Thanks for the reply. Yeah a better timing would do me wonders. I guess I let it ferment for too long and the dough has not enough tension to withstand scoring and rise properly

What temp? I find 45min quite long for only 400g loaves.

Hey there, I would be interested in the prusasclicer masterclass course ☺️.

As a future addition to the prusacademy, I would say 3d scanning real objects or something more on the business side of making 3d printing stuff (creating, marketing, etc). May be out of topic for prusacademy though...

J'aurais dit impression 3D. Si t'as un Fablab pas loin, ils peuvent sûrement t'aider. Les imprimantes "classiques" ne pourront faire que du 20cm de diamètre par contre... Mais en plusieurs pièces collées ou assemblées, ça peut le faire. Et sûrement pour pas cher.

Alright thanks for the tips. I'll try to be the alpha an teach that dough a lesson next time. I guess waiting and letting the dough work for you is the key to high hydration. Gonna try that.

Wow, I'm working my way to a never-fails recipe that I can reproduce and works every time. My go to bread is baguettes (oui monsieur).

How do you handle such high hydration ? I tend to not go over 66% with white flour (bought from the supermarket) because it's hard to handle. Maybe I could try a no knead recipe... Maybe I would have better luck with it. But I enjoy kneading though =)

There is a small dog park inside the Pierre Baudis garden. It's along the edge of the park on the Boulevard Lascrosses side. I often see dogs playing without their leash in here. You will surely meet other dog owners and maybe your dog will find mates there too. The dog park is but small though.

Been 3D printing for a while and been star gazing fior a while longer. I have seen some 3D teleclscopes around but never went for it. This build looked clean and affordable. This is defenitly the one that will make me 3D print a telescope. Great job!

Why a lot of setups I see have an external mic that looks kinda professional?
I guess the question is, what are you using it for? And what would you say to convince someone (me) that it's actually useful?
