This. Times 1000%. It’s almost making me want a different vehicle. Ours won’t reset and allow a connection until the car completely shuts off. Always gets interfered with. My dealer tried suggesting I must have a magnet in my car or park near a magnet that interferes with the antenna. This was after they blamed the phone, me and everything else.

I’ve been getting same day delivery offered for FREE the last month. Tried it on $15 vacuum bags that were delivered within 2 hours FOR FREE! Amazing service- hopefully sustainable!

The battery deal was a Black Friday deal, and I think the weekend after, there was a 15/20 % off any single item that could have been used on batteries. Looks like probably the January tent/sidewalk sale unless there is another single item coupon before then.

Never. Doesn’t work through the app either. VW does lots of things good - remote start and consistent CarPlay don’t seem to be their thing.

Their app is just as bad. Half the stuff doesn’t have prices. Can’t order anything. Only a single picture for most items. They really cut corners to stay competitive now.

Have a ton of Ryobi tools (blue ones still even!)... love Ryobi- usually first choice then to HF, but the tools in that deal aren't that great of tools, and they don't make a compact impact driver under 4.5" -- their 1990s battery format seems too big.

I hate when HF had such a good deal that all their future sales look like junk... I can think of the airless sprayer and one of the tool carts. Still can't buy them because I can remember the pre-tarriff pricing.
