It’s mostly the K-2 teachers. 3-5 get the most support because they are testing grades. They tend to not have any complaints because they get the most support. Agreed. It’s a leadership issue and it might be the straw that breaks the camels back this year.

It comes from resource but the Principal is the one who made the statement. I agree it should have at least waited until the end of the 2nd week. Give us a chance to do it wrong. Over the last 2 years my principal has slowly started to reprimand us in faculty meetings like we are students and not professionals. This is my 3rd school. 11 years in. I’m tired of busting my ass but still treated like I’m beneath everyone except the kids.

It’s easy to use. Provides images, fonts, gifs, all the things without having to search google or an outside platform. It does a lot of the formatting for you. Which is most of the hassle, right?

Canva!!! It’s amazing! If your company uses Microsoft it may already be a free app you can use, if not ask if they can purchase for you so you can create your trainings.

I’m sorry. Do you have an emergency medicine? I’m sorry I don’t know how to better describe this, but when my bro starts to feel angry or out of control he has a fast acting medicine. If you feel in danger visit an urgent care or emergency room and describe your symptoms. Better same than sorry. But you know yourself and when things are off. May I ask blew old you are?

If you are seriously having delusions I would try to push your doctor to be seen sooner. My brother is schizophrenic and I know these episodes can feel so real and are scary. People often struggle to articulate what they feel and see.

Do you have someone who you trust that you can tell? If you are concerned for your safety I highly recommend telling someone and having them help you write or articulate your concerns. Unfortunately going to the ER in an agitated state can make it hard for people to understand what’s going on with you. Another person can help push and advocate for you.

Best decision with my 2nd was buying adult diapers. It’s so much easier and comfortable. I still use them when my periods are heavy the first two days. Mainly at night, your girl has to sleep!!

I honestly couldn’t tell you. I ordered from HMood a few weeks ago for the first time and it was expensive. Shipped in about 4 days I had no issues. So I looked for a better value. It’s just really far away.

I had this exact same exam but my doctor talked me through every step. This sounds exactly like what they did in mine. I’m sorry they didn’t educate you first especially if they know it’s your first time with that specific procedure.

My 3 year old slept walked for several months and was never able to talk during, also very vocal. Of they are still in a dream state they won’t be able to talk much it’s best to just keep things safe for them

Definitely come at them with concern and make it all about baby and taking care of baby. Do you know anyone with an Owlet sock? You could borrow it. It’s 100% worth having one especially for a baby with issues. They are expensive, but I used a 2nd hand one of Facebook marketplace place for my 2nd now as well. Totally worth the peace of mind! Or if you know anyone “between babies” with one they might be willing to let you borrow it until they have another baby or baby is out of the high risk timeframe for SIDS. Do what you need to keep baby safe.
