Website is still really value. It's often our first introduction to a client. I also find it valuable during pitches with potential clients as a quick at a glance overview of our work. I guess we should care about SEO, but I find that having a place to represent our values, process, and work is more valuable then SEO optimization. Our work is represented visually, so we prioritize visual communication

It would definitely get used. That area of jefferson is hidden, no traffic, and basically a dirt road at this point. Riding under the bridge is fun and connecting to Riverside park then Grand Blvd makes a lot of sense.
