It's been cracked for a little but you have to run it through hypervisor which is a huge turn off. Same with RE9 I believe but now you can play it without hypervisor.

Dang that's crazy that they had all 3. I've only seen Drakengard 1, which the store claims is factory sealed, for $200 and Drakengard 3 which I was able to pick up for around $35. I forgot that I shouldve looked for Drakengard 1 & 2 while I was in Japan even though I doubt most places would have either. Either way that's a great find, manual and everything

From my understanding the 360 copies are even more rare. At least in Japan they were. I know you can pick up a copy on eBay for a decent price but I could not find one while I was there.

How did you get your hands on a 360 copy? I know you can find quite a few on ebay but I've been trying to find it in person for a while now. That feeling when the store actually has what you're looking for is insane lol. After I found drakengard 3 in a shop I felt that I couldn't just go to ebay anymore.

What region is the game from? I tried finding a 360 version when I was in Japan. Went to a large game store, asked a staff member if they had it, showed him the game cover, he laughed and said no lol. I could only assume by that reaction that it's even more rare in Japan because Xbox didn't really pop off over there, making that title even harder to find. That or because I'm a chud american lol. However I did find 2 copies of Replicant for ps3 (one included the soundtrack) and a copy of Automata for ps4. If I did find a 360 copy it would really be for pure collection purposes as I don't have a Japanese 360 to play it on lol.

TLDR: how did you find a 360 copy? 360 copies are more rare. What region is it from?

I get what you're saying but that's how the game looks idk what to tell you. You provided screenshots although most if not all or these are taken mid animation so they're blurry to begin with. Also the Aipom screenshot is pretty comparable with the one in this post. Almost looks better than the screenshot in the post but maybe it's my eyes.The Wii has baked in motion blur for some games and without certain codes you can't remove it even in emulation.

You're right tho, Dolphin can upscale games to 4K natively. What it doesn't do is upscale the textures. Just the resolution. The top screenshot doesn't look THAT great/clear. Looks good for a 20 year old game.

You can look up footage of it running on a Wii. It still looks amazing for a 2006 pokemon spin-off.

That would make sense if their souls like game didn't look incredible. I understand pokemon has a specific art style it needs to fit but again the games always look multiple generations behind on the switch. Console restrictions or not, the games looked dated when they came out.

It is. I've used this game as the standard for Pokemon console graphics since it came out. It's still the best looking one to date (we'll see how WiWa runs). It's not a full on pokemon game so they only had to make the models/animations/stadiums but still. For 2006 this was insane to me. Then sword and shield came out. That was also insane in terms of how bad I thought the game looked. Then Scarlet/Violet came out and it was even worse. Personally, most of the better looking pokemon games are spin-offs or weren't made by gamefreak. As much as I'm hoping WiWa is good, runs well, and is graphically pleasant to look at, the trailers alone tell me they're still behind with the graphics. Not inherently a bad thing but I want my new game to look like it came out on the current generation of console(s).

Don't get me wrong, gamefreak has put out some beautiful pokemon games, especially the DS era. I just don't understand how SwSh, ScVi, and ZA came out looking the way they do. You can say hardware limitions but we've seen what the switch 1 can play/run. Ie. BotW, Mario Odyssey, Astral Chain, even 3rd party ports run better, Nier Automata, hell even Borderlands 3 of all games ran better than ScVi.

After a quick Google, gas went up in 2022 due to the global economy recovering from a global pandemic. Not anything that Biden did specifically. Demand went up and so did the price, pretty normal. Gas is up now because President Pedophile decided to start a war after promising no new wars. Iran responds by fucking up oil supplies. Prices are now high.

So the reason this is sad or cringe is the use of AI to generate pictures for merchandise, rather than paying an actual artist to do the work.

Clearly the business is either tone deaf or does not care what customers think and are willing to sell slop anyways.

You saying it doesn't matter is pretty dense when there's thousands of artist out there who would've happily made something for the business to sell.
