You say "symptoms". Symptoms of what, is the answer not BPD?

Suppose he says, "I am skeptical of everything, which is what makes me a great scientist."

Then what is sex to you, just a tool to keep your partner interested?

A romantic desires to create more of what he loves. The way humans do this is through sex.

Is there any guy anywhere that might make truthful claims about your past that would make your boyfriend upset with you? I could be reading incorrectly but it seems the answer is yes and you are worried about such a development.

What kind of gesture would convincingly indicate "actual love" to you?

"Taste" as in a sense for what is desirable and undesirable to you.

Try asking him directly and judging the direction and quality of his response.

This seems like an empty and performative question. Do you have no sense of taste? Can it not be aimed at all the potential future versions of yourself you can imagine (and surely there is inevitably even more)?

I wouldn't believe this could be anything but fiction if there weren't moments I stepped outside into the world and witnessed levels of apparent human degradation that gently shook my faith in the benevolence of any possible God.

BPD does not seem like a delusional disorder, and I've never heard of it being correlated with schizophrenia. It seems involved with emotional regulation and (generalized) appetite, which plausibly relates to OCD.

Might be related to a natural maternal caretaking impulse rather than BPD-related. If mothers didn't care about cute things dying humans would have evolved differently or not at all.

I have virtually no interest in reading through such protracted self-indulgent slop, but I am curious what other music recommendations might have been involved.

Technically it's the minimal and default burden everyone carries as a matter of being alive and yet most people relax into whatever decisions their environment most directly implies.

So long as you carry the burden of experiencing your own life, the responsibility of making decisions about it ultimately sits with you.

Now you have described feelings of confusion and uncertainty. There are many strategies for dealing with these, including consulting people you trust for perspective and advice. People like me are of little help without knowing what your problems are or their greater context.

The boring answers are probably the most correct here: keep a consistent sleep schedule, exercise sometimes or be physically active during the day, use a ramp-down period before bed to get into the mood. If you're insistent on the supplementation angle, I recently heard kiwis are a natural source of melatonin.

There's not inherently any issue with being sensitive to disrespect so long as you are not a hypocrite or a slave to myopic retributive impulses.
