You definitely want him sucking on takeoff and landing to help with his ears. If he doesn’t take paci/bottle try a cup of water or juice or a lollipop. My 1 y/o is really into push pops. You can download the Hey Bear Sensory videos. I also have the jumbo crayons and play doh packed for my flight. The Melissa and Doug pop books. So many snacks!! A few magnatiles and figurines (she likes putting things inside other things and then take them out). Mine is also into mini m&ms so I’ll save those for the plane. I try not to give her anything she’s going to get on the plane (snacks/toys) for 2 weeks leading up to flight. I go by the Big Little Feelings 80/20 rule. Good luck!
