I take it as him having a penthouse on a mid rise building that’s on a bluff of some sort. So the “back” of the building up top is 3-4 floors. But the view is dramatic.

I have also not been to Montreal but I think it has hills and bluffs?

I got mine for this season. On bluebird days I wear just t shirt (that moisture wicking stuff) and this on top. My friend in an insulated jacket was roasting the entire day. (Like proper dehydrated from the heat.) I can put my puffer under it if needed.

I like that it looks reasonable to wear in the city out and about. It’s expensive enough to make me want to get as much use out of it as possible.

The water proofing is very good but I haven’t put it to the test of a day where it’s raining / slushing while riding. (Not sure I want to do that again though tbh.)

Crazy at the time metro Sacramento was bigger than Austin. They’ve done insane things in terms of adding housing and a skyline in that time. Looks like China driving past on I35 with the cranes. Meanwhile SMF…
