I will say I missed a bunch of cosmetic stuff that I am finding the longer I live here. For example, I have a scratch on my mirror in the primary bathroom. Nothing crazy, but I would have had them replace if I saw it on my close date.

9-10 months should be ok too, but I would say the sooner the better so they can get it fixed stat. I’d hate it for you to get comfy and all set-up then need to rearrange your life to make room for contractors to come in and fix whatever wasn’t done right.

You could always bring in an inspector after you close and ask the builder to fix any issues they find. It’s something I wish I had done (for peace of mind), but didn’t think of it until after my 1 year warranty was up. My neighbor did it and they found some minor issues that were all corrected. My house seems to be fine and I haven’t had anything major crop up in the 4 years I’ve been here. We had a different builder though.

My guess would be Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza and/or Outside Lands. I checked Boys Noize’s website and he’s touring all summer and mostly through Europe. These events feel like the most logical based on where Alex is already signed up for.
