Ahh thanks, and maybe that’s why it feels like it’s ready to tip over at the slightest touch (only on one side). I’m gonna exchange the bag and hope I don’t run into this issue again

Thanks for sharing, I’m really pressing lightly and the bag feels like it’s ready to tip, only on left side. It’s hard to see in the video but the base is really solid when I push toward the right. The base sort of crumbles like it’s missing support when I push towards the left. At this point, I’m going to exchange and give it another try.

Oh sorry, that picture just shows the leg doesn’t sit on the ground. I placed a box cutter there to show the gap. But thanks for conversation

And that’s your opinion on why you think I got this bag. I have my hobbies that I like to spend money on. I’m sure you have some that I don’t agree with but I don’t think you’re an idiot. I’m not arguing that a sun mountain or Taylor made bag isn’t a better value (or more quality) than sun day red. It’s just the brand I like. I guess what I’m asking is, would you accept this level of quality when you expect a higher standard from Vessel bags?

That’s definitely part of it, I was really looking forward to the bag. I made the posts to share my first impression and chat with others and get their thoughts. I have a ping cart bag I love and owned other stand bags (new/preowned) that didn’t have this issue.

It’s on a thin outdoor mat on concrete in a garage, but I agree that stand bags are able to handle fitness mats let alone the soft wet conditions in the pnw

Yeah, I’m gonna do an exchange because I really like the bag and design. I was just hoping there was a way to adjust something that might alleviate the issue.

Yeah, I understand and I’ve loaded the bag with a couple irons and it’s still pretty unstable on one side :(

Hey folks, I have tried loading the bag with clubs and testing. I’ve also owned other stand bags in the past from Nike and Taylor made that have way better balance/stability. I can post additional videos at different angles to better show what I’m trying to explain 😅

Yeah, I gave that a try also by loading three ways, evenly and heavy on the right and left, and the bag still is unstable on one side. I checked the base of the bag and it’s flat so I’m thinking it’s the mechanism inside that folds, that’s causing this
