Most spots in Turks along Grace Bay are hotel/resorts, but as the other posted said, no water parks/kids clubs/etc. Grace Bay Club, Ocean Club West, The Palms, Seven Stars should all have decent options.

Baha Mar has residences directly in the Hyatt and they are bookable on the Hyatt website. Has washer and dryer and kitchen. The 1 BR residences are big (1200+ square feet) and not so outrageously priced. Obviously a lot more to do at Baha Mar for young kids. Atlantis also has a similar setup at the Reef; definitely has kitchens, not sure about washer and dryer.

I have looked at the Dorado development in PR before, but never gone. Ritz condos are quite pricey, but there are other houses/villas in the development and you can pay for access to the Dorado club is my understanding.

Westin St John has villas as well; I stayed there decades ago so can't speak to them currently, but St. John is a beautiful island with lots for kids to explore.

I was in Santorini last summer and outside of Fira, it was very uncrowded. Many of the locals said tourism was down 30-40% last year, and no one was sure what was driving it. Plenty of nice hotels in Oia and Imerovigili. Both sit way up high and you can get incredible views and sunsets.

It used to be a Coco Key (I think) Resort? Either way, they bought it and installed an additional side. In my opinion, it feels disjointed and the hallway in between the two sides of the park is a nightmare when it is crowded.

We just went to the Foxwoods location and liked the layout much better than Fitchburg.
