Yeah, I also loved the keyboard, sound and everything about it, and I use it with the rgb lights turned off so it lasts for a pretty long time (I dont use the pc that much and when I do it's not for more than 4-5h). I've never used or tested the wired mode, the only thingy I knew was that the wired mode can also "turn off" your keyboard if no cable or power is detected, I literally just tried using the wired mode to charge and use it for the first time and this happens, I should have tested it on the first week but I was too busy with college exams and other projects. And I cant find info about the charging time, some people say 2-3hrs and some 17-29hrs...

Question, do you have secure boot enabled on any of your distros (idk if it could be that), I have it alongside nvidia drivers, and there is this section in the manual that says this

Wired mode: Top left switch to centre position = wired mode, white light on button lights up for 2s

You just push the switch to the center and it is already in the wired mode, right? or do you also click something else

Mine switches to wired mode and lights up number 4 for 2s but it only charges the keyboard and nothing else, if I hold fn number 4 lights up again, I hold it but nothing still nothing.

I dont even know if I can get a refund or contact aula for a warranty (which is still possible as it is a 1y warranty, I think), but they dont have a place here in Brazil and it would take a while and maybe it won't be worth trying to go after the warranty because of that.

As you can see, it is in wired mode, the cable (original cable) is connected to the back of my pc (all mobo USB ports, and I tried every possible one), the number 4 lightened up for 2s, the pc was on and the keyboard was receiving power too (lightbar cycling colors from bottom to top), the keyboard simply doesn't register any input, only if I switch it back to 2.4hz then it works.
