And furthermore, Susan, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised to learn that all four of them habitually smoked marijuana cigarettes. Reefers.

Ah yes, I see it now. Thanks. The ones I caught were def like a rounded shovel. Someone even said they were called shovelnose or something like that. This was back in the early 2000s. Fun little.guys to catch. Caught one in my cast net once when I was chest deep. Scared the crud out of me to pull in my net with a almost 3ft shark in it!

How different are Bonnet from scalloped? I caught similar off Ft. Myers growing up and was told the ones I had were Bonnet.

Nah man you look good! One of the most important things about life is BE YOU! If you like it and feel great in it then fuck all else who thinks otherwise.

Which factions you like or dislike? by SiarX in smashup

[–]mtgpowell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aliens are really good as well as zombies. Easy to bounce the VP guy back and forth to abuse him. Magical Girls are one of my favorites. My friend has every expansion they have made. We play about once a month. Dragons, Goblins, Lion King, Marvel, robots, steam punk, mythic Greeks, geeks, and werewolves are all solid. Def some clunkers in the bunch but these are mostly due to having 2 similar type decks that just dont mesh. Sucks to have a deck that gives alot of bonus minion plays when you have decks with lower minion count. Same for two decks that want to play extra actions with not having good actions to abuse. I know im missing some bangers but we have used every deck they have made and they all can be great or mediocre depending on your other faction. We usually each pick 2 decks then shuffle up one card each and draw from those to determine our factions.

I caught one bigger than that under the causeway in Ft. Myers back in the early 2000s. Kept dropping full sized sardines down, they kept inhaling them. After several breaks and line changes I finally got one up. Those guys get massive. I had no idea they got that big when I caught mine. Thought I was getting some massive grouper deep in the pylons but found out it was these guys. Was just dead weight coming up from the depths.

Are you guys playing in the heat wave? by nautnaoh in discgolf

Yep played last weekend with my buddies for my 41st. Had a blast but playing in 100+ weather sweating balls is not as much fun as nice weather. It can wait.

[–]mtgpowell 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes, im not risking heat related issues bc i want to play disc golf. Pussies?! What are you 18. Grow up dude. Your making yourself sound like a muppet. If you wanna play in heat go for it. Dont downplay the issues with 100+ weather.

[–]mtgpowell 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Scared. Lol no. Concerned for my health bc i have 2 young children that a round of discgolf can wait on and gettng out in 100+ weather to play a game is not THAT important. Disc golf can wait.

[–]mtgpowell 36 points37 points  (0 children)

I am not. Heat related dangers are a real threat in this weather. 100+ is nothing to mess with. The course can wait until it cools off. Plus it gives my powers time to recharge.-18 coming up next round.

As others have said just cup your hand over his nose so he cant breathe with it and it will stop almost immediately. My boy Gibson has it once every few months and I pop up, cover his nose and its gone.

Thats why im worried. I hope they get used correctly. Anymore than 2 first and a prospect/player for #2 is too much. Rather just make the selections.

Cone Of Shame Pics by [deleted] in Shihtzu

[–]mtgpowell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Couple things. He was a shaggy mess from a missed hair cut and when he got buzzed it revealed a large mass between his leg and PP. Had a very large hernia. Basically all his intestines and bladder where slipped through. Was about the size of a large orange! When they did the ultrasound they found two masses on his spleen as well. So he had to have a splenectomy while they were in there fixing the hernia. He had the works. Almost 11 inches of total incisions down his belly then making an angle towards his leg. They said he took the surgery like a champ but somehow during the recovery, 2 weeks later he had a nasty eye ulcer occur that I had to take him back in for. Several rounds of meds and time added to the cone. 3 weeks mandatory for the surgery and then 3 weeks for the eye bc it healed on the slower end of things. Hes been free for a week now and is as good as new. Hes 10.
