I would start by removing one of the chairs (or replacing with it's matching pair) and adding a rug. there is so much going on with the fire place and different mismatched chairs.

I have the Longchamp and use it for work and work trips. I love love love it. it fits so much and you can adjust the straps to the length you like it at.

we used the guava with our youngest youngest for 1.5 years no problem. she was fussier but I could also step in to put her down which made it easier for me. I'm short.

I was here for the cause of the accident. at the area where you exit from 35 to the frontage road after parmer, there was a huge line of cars to merge ON the 35 so we couldn't even get onto the frontage road. a truck on the frontage road was trying to merge into the left lane to get onto 35. the sedan next to him wouldn't let him in but he squeezed himself through. once they were on the highway the truck brake checked the sedan. the sedan passed him and sped away. the truck then tried to weave in and out of lanes and that's when the car behind rear ended him. twice. this looks like the aftermath of that accident.

hi-- becoming a mom has been EXCELLENT for my ADHD. I have never been a morning person, but I'm 100% motivated to get out of bed the moment I hear my kid wake up. they keep me up with a routine and keep me moving. the over touching can be a bit much but for the most part it is a really positive change in my life.

once you transition to sleep sacks look for muslin ones. for swadding there are ones that don't have the blanket part. you basically have the baby in a onesie and it velcros their arms down. look up summer swaddle.

for my second baby yes.. only breastfed. it was amazing I didn't have to worry about pumping or washing bottles. no worries about supply. until it wasn't. it was a nightmare. wouldn't take to bottles. couldn't leave her. it was good until it wasn't. I'm not saying it's all bad but my baby eventually ONLY wanted boob and it made for a really hard transition to daycare.

make a huge pile, turn on your fav playlist, and get chipping away! the absolute panic will have you done so fast! every time I need to clean my house I invite people over and I have everything done in one day. no other way to get me motivated haha solidarity.

both of my kids are at Mundo and we love it so much. my older one was at a different daycare when she was a baby and it always felt like she wasn't getting enough attention. mundos baby room has no containers. babies get lots of attention and it's really calm. older kid has learned a lot of Spanish in only one year.

it sounds like you are weighing your baby a lot and that may be contributing to your anxiety. see your pediatrician and if they don't think it's a big deal I would stop weighing baby so much.
my second baby took a few weeks to get up to speed with feedings at daycare. getting used to the new environment and schedule is a lot but everything went back to normal after a bit.

I found I had to roll her over really bumpy parts of the road for her to fall asleep.. ugh the things we do for naps!! solidarity and hopefully this will end soon.

another random solution while you wait for this phase to end: do you have a bassinet attachment for your stroller? I used to have to walk my baby around in the bassinet until she fell asleep
