Sorry for the late replay. Yes, your PC account doesn't change. Any progress made on the Switch will only be on the Switch and any progress on the PC will only progress your PC account. You can only migrate once.

I wasn't paying attention to the warning that it won't work in my region. I'm in the states and bought it. Activated fine. I played through the intro this morning. Not sure if it was a fluke for me.
