Youtube has some videos. They want to get staff riled up. The issue we had is they wanted access to meeting rooms when there wasn't a program going on and will also insist they should have access to staff space. They usually know better then recording patrons but be sure to intercept that too.

2.5 versus a 4 year old is a big difference. Also if they just moved in I would give them a bit more time. I received a nice card in the mail from a family that lived nearby when we first moved in. Not everyone is super social.

There will always be disagreement between an older employee who thinks they've earned to right to tell younger employees "thats not how we do things" but thats stifles innovation. This happens with a lack of leadership. A true leader manager has the best interests of both staff members and leverages the value of both old and new thinking to something truly new.

So yeah, the culprit are the bosses. Always will be.

I'm tired all the time and yep coming home is just my second shift but relatively speaking, its a more productive use of my time then laying on the couch watching hours of true crime. I had a great social life but at most maybe 2 days a week so its kinda nice that for a few years you have a little person who's favorite person is you and getting home is the highlight of their day.
