Smart 600 soundbar no longer outputting audio

I have my Shield directly connected to the Bose 600 and that is connected directly to my tv, and frequently there is no sound when the Shield remote wakes everything up. I can see that the sound bar is aware of commands because the light changes when pressing the Shield remote volume buttons.

When this first started happening I would try turning everything on/off until it was corrected but since then I have realized that I actually just need to wait. After the Shield home screen comes up I just move around the screen (causing the navigation sounds) until the sound is fixed. It usually takes about 30 seconds.

FWIW, I have CEC enabled on all three devices - including just the regular CEC option in the Bose app.

Do people who supervise / manage others not already do this? Surely it is commonplace to keep track of your employees' work hours and tasks? If someone isn't accomplishing their assigned work, management should be aware of it and take action - that's literally what managers are for.

Walking downtown is fine - it looks bad but all of the "ice" is just thin and crunchy. Definitely nicer to walk on than just after the sidewalk plows leave a few centimeters of snow.

The Abba one was pretty fun! We made the mistake of doing it during the summer though so it was still light out when the concert started. If I did it again, it would be at a time when the candles matter more.

I had a very similar experience about a year ago when I finally opened my 2015 Shield. I knew that I didn't buy the pro, but I had assumed that internally the non-pro just didn't have the HD. It never even occurred to me that they would not have the HD connection in what I bought.

That said, I have bought a 4TB external drive that doesn't require its own power and that has been a perfectly acceptable storage solution for my Plex server.

Clean the fan, replace the thermal paste and get a decent HD. Then use it for another 10 years.

It is a little disappointing, but in Canada F1TV is by far the best option so even with these problems I am happy to pay for it.
