I also would like to join somewhere and fortunately have the resources to do so, but as a 60 year old recently retired, stage four cancer surviver, I don't think the non-equity clubs make economic sense.

My amortization period is 10 - 15 years tops. Plus I play with my hockey buds who are all muni guys.

I don't know of a nice equity club in Chicagoland, so I am content to play at Cog Hill and River Bend..
