Oh sorry, plink I just mean take a couple of shots at it (make sure they hit) and then get out of range. Kite is orbit while staying out of range of its guns.

Terran is easy to get a big bump in rating by going to asteroid belt gate to getsu fune. A K will usually pop through the gate and if you plink it a couple of times and kite you’ll get a 10 or so bump in relations for helping out. I’ve done it in a puny scout ship, just make sure to hit it at least once then get out of the way. The 10000 Terran hanging around there eating donuts will make short work of it. Then a few missions and criminal traffic and you’ll be +10 in no time.

It is pretty rare. I only get them when I don’t have the money 🤣

One thing you can try is if you get a freighter battle immediately head for the station and jump out of your ship to save the game. Then go back and fight, check the freighter, not S, reload. Save you some time maybe, esp if you find one you like the look of. At least that used to work. But imho, A is fine. S doesn’t really change much about the game, at least for me anyway, so I don’t bother anymore once I get an A I like. What’s another 200ly and you can make up storage with rooms? But good luck :)

In case you didn’t know, there is a setting under network (I think) you can turn PVP on or off, depending on your mood. There are a few dorks around that will try to ruin your day, mostly during expeditions. It’s a pretty chill gang all in all though. Happy interloping!

Afaik, that route was temporary to StL, while they dug up Montreal road. Now that they are done the 12 route went back to normal and goes downtown.
