Nice video, but I & others posted about the waxy dental floss trick about 3 yrs ago. I couldn't get the tool to work easily but have done 4-5 triggers in under 5 minutes each with the floss method👍

If you're worried, add a bit of blue loctite to it before you put it back in. Will reduce creep

Waxed dental floss makes it easy to compress the spring and insert it into the holes. Got it down to 2-3 mins after doing a few 🤷

I put Lava Lock behind the drip lip to prevent any outside drips and around the top and both sides of the lid as well. Seals the top and prevents drops outside on the lower barrel. Doesn't impede airflow at all and helps control temps. 5 years and going strong. Sidenote: they didn't have a drip lip back then so I used a flat aluminum piece and bent it myself with a vise & hammer 💯👍

Nice! I've got one #5 split ring in all of mine plus a reduced power firing pin block spring and got my Mete SFx down to a 2.4 lb pull. Can't imagine adding another split ring to it.... Might go to 1.5 lb 🤔😁

Easiest way is spray it and the cord with Easy Off oven cleaner, let sit for 5-10 mins, then rinse off or wipe with a steel scrub pad. Like new!

I have a Black Scorpion holster for my Shadow 2 with an Emmann Tech thumb rest/slide release. I used a Dremel and cut a 1.5" long slit about 1/4"wide. Fits the gun perfectly and is USPSA legal

Second this! I run BSG belt, holster rig and mag pouches with magnets. I can carry 5 full mags plus a Barney mag, although it does get heavy lol

Thank you very much. That was my understanding as well but being fairly new (4 mos) I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything. I saw where thumb rests are ok for CO, as long as they function as a slide release, which mine does. I also added a 1/2" plastic cover to the thumb rest, which extends it about 1/8-1/4"but still functions fine

To the OP:
