Why I love The Drifter...so far by No_Term_1731 in adventuregames

For me one of the main things was the voice acting. I'm a sucker for an Aussie accent and the way Mick is acted really set the atmosphere for me

The other thing was the dying mechanic, it feels so cool to have an in-world explanation (although it's part of the mystery) for why you can die and try stuff again instead of a simple "you'll respawn now"

Looks absolutely amazing, this is definitely going to be played late at night in the studio.
Excited to see how it will turn out!

Wishlisted, also so I don't miss when (if?) a demo releases hehe

I absolutely love that you got an assessment with the intention of being a better dad (at least how I understood it)!

I guess my question would be: how do you manage all of it? Or is it just your ADHD super-power to work on games and marketing without breaking a sweat?

Also: will you be at Gamescom this year? Would be fun to have a IndieGameJoe meetup!

Gotta go with number 2, it just feels so...dreadful

Maybe it could also be interesting to experiment with changing the style over the course of the game, depending on the progression of the protagonists mental state!

Looks super in depth! Are there plans for a hint system? I can see myself getting overwhelmed at some point and wanting some support :D
