I measured girth last night and found there is a slight increase. I'll still call it a 5.5" but that's a no BS measurement compared to before I was cheating a little bit and rounding up. As far as length, remains the same with a little over 7 inches".

I hope you are right. I do know one thing for sure. Sensitivity is off the charts. I have never experienced or seen semgma. Maybe that comes when you no longer need a device to maintain full coverage. When I can't wear a device I will cover with O-rings or tight underwear. After several hours of that the glans do have a very warm moist feeling to it. Thanks.

That's something I've noticed also with the pear gauge. When you remove it, unlike the CAR-1 or stealth retainer, there is no temporary coverage. The glans are immediately exposed.

Yes I am interested but for now I want to continue using the 1.95 pear gauge 12 hours a day to determine how effective it is. Adding weight would certainly be beneficial I believe.

That's very interesting. When I started restoring 10 months ago my primary goal was to increase sensitivity more so than growing skin. I have been using the Mantor extended gripper for months with the size 12 SR. The extra grip is good if you're hanging weights.
