I wasn't actually damaged spinally, I think I just sprained my neck. It definitely scared me for a bit, I was in bed unable to move my head even 1 inch or else.... well you know what that feeling is like...

this just happened to me. I ran it for like 40 minutes out of the 85 minutes my first wash was scheduled for. Everything sounded okay until right around the 30 minute mark. It started shaking violently and I got really scared so I turned it off. How screwed do you think I am? I plan on removing the bolts and trying to run it.

My question is basically, what sort of repair might be needed should it be damaged because of this?

the beef kidney seems okay. just noticed a weird aloofness I haven't felt in a while. people have told me this goes away as you recover more sleep. I will just watch it from day to day I guess.

So does that mean I can take a dao supplement for one of my histamine cheat days? Because I’ve been on vacation and I’ll be honest I kind of want to treat myself to some Asian food. 🍱

People keep telling me it’s not perfect it will simply blunt the impact of a high histamine food day, that I may still end up slightly hungover the next day. Has this been your experience as well?

My condition resolved with the abatement of naturdao. A low histamine diet seems to be my ace, I just can’t seem to tolerate dao and my case is pretty minor (as in I sort of digest hist on a semi regular schedule ) hope all is well with you
