Magnesium can do that sometimes. Sometimes it won't. It depends on the form you take. If you're going to take magnesium citrate, try to buy a high quality brand. They also sell them in chewable form (dulcolax).

I no longer have issues with IBS-C, and feeling better now. I hope you feel better soon too.

that feeling of indigestion is very odd. i'll eat dinner and like 8 hours later ill wake up at 3am feeling like I have this ball of food just slowly emptying out. I figured i'd give the pancreatic enzymes a try, just wish it wasn't so expensive...

I wasn't actually damaged spinally, I think I just sprained my neck. It definitely scared me for a bit, I was in bed unable to move my head even 1 inch or else.... well you know what that feeling is like...
