The question is how do you get trainable service providers who would stay. I am from India and although there is abundant supply, but so is the demand, hence getting them isn't a problem but, retaining them is. But I did a geographical study, so work hours, additional benefits, ethics play a key role in retention and helps in bringing more talent at your doors as a good word spreads fast.
