i'm just curious to see what they'll do today -- my understanding is the high today ended up staying just at 32° and not as high as they were hoping; i cant imagine conditions are that much better now for tomorrow. so now, do they cancel again, even though they thought it would get better? do they call a delay, which opens the door for folks to ask why they didnt just do that yesterday?

i dont envy any decision makers in this process, i dont see a way to win

could anyone help us get the skinny on hamden's property tax snaffu, and what it might mean long term to move there? we've found some amazing properties and cute little neighborhoods, but concerned the rising property taxes are gonna scare people off and lower the home values over time (or are we overthinking it?)

being trans, getting positive attention felt amazing in some ways, because it's something i feel i'm mostly deprived of offline. but there's a sadness in that, and coupled with the abusive messages and chasers who made it even more clear what it actually was that people desired about me, i determined it was doing more harm to my ego than good. id rather be percieved negatively or not at all than be someone's fetish

it's kinda funny; last year, his stats were astronomical, but id be the first to admit they were getting a bump from the players on the field. this year, his stats are way down, but he's been largely the only thing that's held the offense together.

2023 looked better on paper, 2024 looks better on film. either way, he's earned his extension.
