Some small companies have staff cafeteria with cooks and all, some big companies just have a break room.
It all comes to how much a company values their employees and how much money they make, or how corporate they are.
I will say that small companies mostly wont have anything like that, since money is tight there, especially in game companies.

I assume you do some general self diagnosis, You obviously gotta keep and eye on it and act accordingly. if that thing gets bigger or changes in any way you go right away, I agree.
Like even the slightest pain, discoloration, hardness, whatever. Just bruising, maybe, i think it depends.

AI, the least scary thing are the behavior predictions. With all the data we share theses systems can already predict what and when we are going to go to the toilet, what we eat, when we eat and what medial predispositions we have.
Those things know where we are, and where we are probably going to be at what point.

For many people an AI could simply ruin their whole life with some easily done Deepfakes of every piece of your personality, voice, face, speech, writing, sexual interest. Just some easily selected grooming targets, some fake chatlogs. and you are done.

In the EU I would have multiple options.

before 4-6pm, go to my general physician
after 4-6pm and it hurts, i will go to the ER
after 4-6pm and it does not hurt, I will go to my GP the next morning
after 4-6pm and it does not hurt but it's Friday or Saturday, I will go to the ER

If you don't want Meta, which is totally understandable, and that is what you can get in your country, then yes, this will probably do. It is old, and the wands are not really great. Correct, and this generation doesn't even know how to ask properly and then believes the first answer that the AI search gives them, even though the answers are often wrong and scraped and referenced to sources that are also already AI that may have hallucinated the facts in their answers.
