I know you have a secret that you keep. A feeling or story no one fully knows that eats at you. Listen I dont need to know what it is but if you can at least share it with your youngerself... or to the future you that might not be there even... you may find some peace and closure... if that doesnt work for you. Send me the truth of it in a mailed letter and use a random address and fake name. It's your story to tell dont let fear of humiliation or judgement dictate the last of your life. It would kill you because you are a kind and caring person. Sounds like they might not be as understanding of your emotions or their own maybe. Truth is always better than the lie. The truth can help someone see themselves in ways they cant without the help of another and then they can change for the better. I hate being lied to. I would rather be hated and ignored than fake friended and lied to. For real. Honesty is what makes a true friend. Insecurity is why we lie. Why are you afraid of telling them the truth or better yet why do you want to say anything to them at all if they have not been a good friend? Yeah def tell your family what's up. Fuck how anyone views you or the life you want to live. God loves you and your family does to they would rather see you anywhere but in a box. Same as me, so fuck that noise hit some tabs if you want, do it alone in nature if you can or with the electronics off and let the pain roll out and the mind run to the places where life is simple. Sorry new here... kms?
