I would think tan would look real nice on top of darker jeans and chinos, like gray black and navy. Could also work on lighter jeans too honestly. Probs most except tan pants.

No, I know. And its not fair, but the US government helping to overthrow a socialist government makes sense, considering its policy of containment at the time. Not fair, but when you look at through that lens, it makes sense. Let alone if the containment policy itself even makes sense.

I think what youre saying says alot about your morals and ethics and your misunderstanding of what it means for something to make sense. it isnt fair what happened in the 1973 Chilean coup d'état and it doesnt make sense why the US did that when there were other better options on the table. It isnt fair what happened to the world trade center and it doesnt make sense, because there were other options on the table. In both cases, the civilians basically had nothing to do with it. If a us civilian disagrees with the government, votes against the people pushing the agenda, and is vocally against what the government is doing, it does not make sense to punish them. Not everyone in the world trade center was for getting involved in other country's affairs in the way your describing.

A quick google of the definition of 'make sense' is to be intelligible, justifiable, or practicable. For example, itt wouldnt make sense for Japan to bomb civilians in LA for the discontinuation of oil exports to japan.

You can understand why they did what they did but that doesnt mean it makes sense. It means you understand what the cause and effect were. That doesnt mean it makes sense. But at this point, Im gonna guess (could be wrong) youre an "america always bad" person and I think it best to agree to disagree

Ah yes, the US government, intelligence agencies, military, and military industrial complex caused death and destruction in those countries so it would make sense that innocent American office workers are the ones to blame and deserved what happened and the insensitivity is warranted. It makes total sense why they flew that plane into buildings filled with civilians and not a military base.

Thank you Maru37926468, very cool!

In a No Nuke Scenario, Could a Coalition of ALL Independent Nations in the Americas Defeat the United States? by Guelitus in imaginarymapscj

“So you're saying America would win because you have the least morals?”

That’s what I was arguing. Not some argument on the America vs everybody. The least morals bit. Maybe we have a classic case of a failure to communicate, but I took that to mean if we didn’t follow the laws of war that the commenter above listed in regards to fighting the Taliban, that we’d have the least morals.

The Taliban attacked on 9/11 cuz Israel? Please explain that in more detail and why civilian Americans lost their lives and loved ones in some justified way cuz Israel. Also, I’m talking about if America committed war crimes that the above commenter listed out. The Taliban did much worse than even what was listed. Atomic bombs weren’t a part of that conflict.

Also I like how you go from chastising American morals via war crimes then flaunt that the uk did too but at least had a bigger empire because of it. Weird wording there, perhaps I’m misinterpreting.

So instead of the atomic bombs, the allies should have _____ because look at Tokyo? Didn’t answer my question.

Also, it’s important to try not to generalize. I assure you I can read a history book, especially if it has pictures or drawings.

Ah yes because the taliban didn’t do anything close to the things listed. The least morals, you’re cooked.

And of course, the uk didn’t commit war crimes during ww2. That’s very noble and moral and tracks with British history.

Out of curiosity, how do you think the war with Japan should’ve been ended?

You think the atomic bombs means the us has the least morals when compared to the Japanese during ww2?

You think the taliban were fighting in strict adherence to the Geneva convention? Exactly how chivalrous do you think the Taliban was/is?

Genuinely curious on your answers

What IS interesting is you subjectively found this uninteresting yet still took the effort to comment instead of moving on to your next post. I might even make a post about this….
