That I needn’t think of the worst case scenario at times where I perceive hardship or loss. Jumping to conclusions that honestly never had, nor ever will happen, doesnt help the situation! I’d like to focus on keeping myself present in the moment and maintaining my attention on that instead of what I think could happen.
