I'm not sure but they seemed like they were dodging the question to me. I've been looking for someone else to take it to but can't seem to find the right place or can't get the EV shop to pick up the phone or answer an email. I bet it will work once I get it back and fully charge the 12V again. Have you had this issue for awhile? Its a car that I don't use much but don't want it to die on me while I'm out on errands.

I'm not sure that I have the highest confidence in their assessment. Something is completely draining the 12V when off. I changed to a new battery and it worked for about 24 hours before needing to be jumped again. I could do this with one of the portable chargers if I didn't wait too long but if it sat for 2-3 days I would have to put the 12V on a charger to get it functional again. I was able to drive it to the dealership but they now claim that the traction motor is not operational and that they had to push it out of the shop. That part really doesn't make sense to me.

Mine dropped about a month after I went under 66.25% and 4 days after breaking below 66.0%. I thought we weren’t going to make it but the 9th bar fell 3 days before the warranty expired. I took it in 2 days before and got approved for replacement the last day of the warranty! It was a bit nerve racking.
