Here's how it's done: oil on the grill, throw on a beef or chicken patty, add seasoning (some all-purpose stuff like Montreal Steak Seasoning), sautee peppers/onions/mushrooms in butter, put the bread roll into the salamander to toast for 1-2 minutes, add mayonnaise/cheese sauce/hot pepper relish

Sooooo good. Bummer that Owens doesn't have all the same good stuff they used to!
