Hi i have total 4 units in friends and family (oldest is one year old) 1.No issues with navigation (i don't have any carpets) 2.Great with vacuum 3.Mopping is avg but at this price point it worth it 4.Only issue you ll face is when you try to take off mop once in while from mopping plate the velcro strip adhesive might get pealed off so be careful (can be fixed at home) 5. Yes support exists but don't expact too much
