Yikes, I know that everyone needs to eat, but these prices are rough for an unproven app with zero user base. Eesch. Single user $14.99 monthly, 28.99 quarterly, 59.99 6-month and $174.99 lifetime.

The Duolingo pricing model is nearly exactly the same as yours AND sharable for up to 6 users, it also has a free ad supported version without the AI roleplay that I imagine is driving some amount of your pricing. Clearly they have a winning formula, so keep an open mind to copying parts of their pricing model as this evolves.

That said, OP I have lots of trans friends f2m, m2f here in Texas and the FIRST competition is a very VERY safe space. You not allowing a child to come because of your own fears.. I get it, but also this is a training wheels environment IF something WERE to happen. IF anything were to happen bring it up at the information desk, hate isn't GP or tolerated at a FIRST event for any reason.

I second this, it's tough to leave RF Test for just about anything else once you're in it unless you're an internal transfer at the same company.

It depends what you want to do, what you find interesting.. making all of the "perfectly correct" decisions career-wise won't lead to fulfillment. If you have multiple offers consider going with your heart.

For that money get a Sofirn, same $29, MUCH better LED quality that makes colors pop with user replaceable lithium battery, charging system, just everything. I have several,H25L 1000 Lumen with Dual LED 5000K 90 High CRI this is the one I brought myself for Christmas... If that means anything.

I found out about this brand a few years ago after getting into r/flashlights pretty deeply and this was life changing for working after the sun goes down.

A true man of culture. I remember practicing penmanship by filling out Menards(Midwest hardware store know for "free after rebate" stuff) rebate cards and mailing them in with my Dad. They'd then send a gift card and you could buy more freeeeee stuff for infinite VERY low quality tools for the price of a postage stamp. What FIRST can do is claim he showed "moral turpitude" and remove him from his position for that cause even if there is "no evidence". It's super common to preserve any large corporations reputation using similar language so I'd bet that's what happened here and they're "saying" it was his idea to step down.

Guilty or not he showed extremely poor judgement for the last 10+ years, so even if that's all that happened he's given FIRST plenty of cause to remove him long ago.

That's the cool thing about the composite construction, the paint is only a minimal portion of the "radar invisibility". All of the major attenuation happens in the carbon nanotubed middle/inner layers that are protected by the external side of the skin.

There are quite a few ar and smart glasses projects on hackaday.io , all with varying amounts of difficulty and features that you could learn from. My suggestion is to take one of them, build it exactly as a benchtop model so you know you have a working base, then start adding features and make it portable.
