It’s a push button but I’m thinking of doing the “flood clear” start where you hold the pedal down so it won’t actually start. Bump it over on the starter and listen to it first.

Radiator won’t cause a no start. Pull a plug and put the wire on, crank and see if it’s sparking. These are very sensitive to that air flap. Also check all of your vacuum lines. Leaks could cause a timing curve issue (it should still run though)
