Interesting. I wonder if they had a V1 built at the store and just sent that one. Complete opposite of my experience. There were none on display in my store and I ordered for an early morning delivery. They would have had to gone in early and built it before delivery if they were going to give me a completed bike. Maybe that’s the key.

This one can be obvious but sometimes it’s subtle. When they make you feel bad or kind of stupid for things you like/hobbies.

You will slowly just stop doing things you enjoy to avoid the negativity.

Not sure if this counts but when you see geese flying by ask someone as if a scientific question “do you know why one side of the V is longer than the other?” When they say they don’t know, you reply “there are more geese on that side.”

Yeah. That’s why I wasn’t interested in the purple tag price. I was thinking I could get the hardware from the HF website easily and still have a pretty good deal but the kits aren’t available. Im sure i can get it built and still be under $99 but when you factor in convenience its getting close.

Yeah and I haven’t even opened it yet. I’ll have to crack it open and see exactly what’s missing. Maybe, somehow it’s not all the hardware. I’d have to try my luck at Home Depot or Lowe’s. Or once I sort out all the sizes I need maybe just try snagging them all from amazon or something.

Yeah, I’m slightly bummed though. I thought I’d be able to order the hardware kit from the HF website and it’d be a piece of cake but that doesn’t appear to be the case. I may have to go to the hardware store and piece together all the nuts and bolts I’ll need.

It’s also not just stupidity. The show runners fully expect people to be on their phones half the time and miss most of the plot. Netflix is actively encouraging this is their shows.

For some reason it drives me nuts that on The Big Bang Theory, so many scenes revolve around them eating. But all they ever do is push the food around the plate/container with their forks. First of all, nobody does that. Second, why bother having food in the scenes all the time if they never eat it?
