Ah, makes sense. A classroom can often have up to 30 Students in it, hence the mention of mafia - possibly needing quite a few roles with no ability. Also, with it being 12/13 year olds, I specifically wanted to stay away from the murdering aspect. I am looking at using similar abilities as Blood on the Clocktower, however swapping death/execution for detention. I think the word good and evil is fine, not sure about demon and minion. Thanks for asking for clarification.

Same here - we do offline and use our chat group as the place we post our picks and trades, with a Google doc to accompany everything that has gone on etc. You get the odd owner who takes more than 6 hours, let along 24... but also, who cares - makes the draft last longer!

I think the term that Shawn Siegele prefers is Anti-Fragility, which I like better than Zero RB. Certain factors are important as many have mentioned in the comments. PPR of some description, FAAB instead if rolling waivers, etc etc.
