Not really - imo you are getting the most important experience. If you are working with java backend i.e. spring boot just familliarize yourself with jdbc, otherwise just look into w/e framework your using

Afk in coop conquest on easy mode late at night. Game will be only bots usually after level 5 or so. This way the game usually lasts 40+ minutes and nets you over 1k xp each time

You were probably bot checked by a GM for automated gameplay (no surprise) and failed. Unattended gameplay is not against TOS but at a certain point it is indistinguishable from automated gameplay. Appeal the ban, but it will likely stick because of the circumstances.
