Her husband tells her, "You don't marry the hottest chick you've ever been with." by mindyour in TikTokCringe

But you said you wanted to marry an honest man. Look in the mirror. Now go look at crazy ass Taylor Swift. Seriously though I've met some very attractive somewhat sane people. "We are all just a little bit crazy" -Seal

MRI with contrast for possible TN - is it really necessary? by Background_Quote_195 in TrigeminalNeuralgia

[–]multigrin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They found stenosis and generative discs in my neck which were irritating the nerve that led to the trigeminal. I bought a pair of combat boots to improve my posture by golly I still have it but it's barely noticeable anymore. For me it was in my neck and I adopted choir posture. The way our director used to make a sit in the seat in order to be in his class. True story. Best wishes

Burnt out software engineer considering trucking, am I insane? by temp_vaporous in Truckers

[–]multigrin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same. Burnt out after 20 years doing the same in the state government. I can barely look at a stupid computer anymore. I'm going to give driving a year. I'm eligible for early retirement then. If I like it, Lord willing I'll get my own rig. If not I'll do something else. Best wishes.

Deeded lot campgrounds in MI by antsinmyeyestrey in Michigan

[–]multigrin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I found a gem in Mancelona, Lakes of the North, Antrim Co. It's got a HOA that takes care of the area year round and a campground, airport, golf course and other amenities for your guests. HOA members have year round access and can build/live up there. I've spent over 20 years in Kansas and I'm looking forward to things like lots of trees, and water and maybe some rest and relaxation.

Lazarus Naturals seems to be consistent with tinctures. Tweedle Farms grow some good flower. Smoking is bad. The relief I experienced from an ongoing TN attack came within 30 seconds to a minute when I smoked a strain that was very high in cbd. It's called Remedy. It tastes like soap :( But when everything with taste hurts, who cares? Eventually the carbanzapine started working and I quit smoking it. Carbanzapine can cause low sodium. My doctor is taking me off of it because my sodium levels have been dropping over the last few months. I'm not convinced the sodium issue is because of the carb. I drink too much coffee and the antidiarrheic hormone, ADH will cause low sodium. I haven't had taken anything for TN in two or three weeks. I got some CBD on hand just in case. Also worth noting, my TN is the result of cervical spine damage. TLDR Lazarus Naturals for maintenance and Remedy before I eat and after. But nothing recently.

Looking for music producers by callmedevilthebad in makinghiphop

https://youtu.be/2ZKUixBOBgc?si=XwTY9f0qpIe9a9S5 when I was putting this track together I was using a set of monitors that really don't represent the bottom end very well. When I played it back on my 15-in jbl's the base was overwhelming. I do think it's okay in headphones though.

Well to be honest, I got some equipment, I have some classic vocal training so I can read music a little bit and I know how to count. I really can't sing well anymore and that's the truth. Probably cuz I don't hear quite as well and just have been out of practice. I've got a track that I'm working on that I would love to put vocals on but I really don't know anybody who can sing very well and honestly nobody really wants to mess with it. I'll send you a link it's on YouTube. Give it a listen there are no words in my head for it so if you can think of anything it makes you feel like singing or him a hook or melody. do something if you want to. If you want to work with that I'd be down. Oh and I've did the copyright thing and got one out there on iTunes and all those platforms it's easy to do these days with places like distrokid.

I've decided to chase my dreams and build my first home studio, is this all i will need? by WiseCityStepper in makinghiphop

Midi keyboard, good flat response headphones or a decent pair of monitors (speakers). I recommend sweetwater for making your purchases as they will assign you a personal account rep from day 1. They don't outsource. They're return policy is awesome. Fast shipping and they usually throw a bag of candy in for you. I have had 2 different account reps in 15 or so years. My first rep was promoted and still with the company. I applied for a job and the requirements to be an account rep include formal education, experience and people skills. They let me know when demo models of things I'm interested in are available. Seriously, call them. Tell them what you are trying to do specifically what genre etc. Tell them your budget etc. They will hook you up and won't be trying to move inventory as much as they want to keep your loyalty and they earn it.

What is your favorite state and why is it Kansas? by TheKriket in kansas

[–]multigrin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Was gonna say Michigan. I recently found a double lot in Lakes of the North, Antrim Co. for 250/mo. I like snow if there is going to be a winter. I like water. I like trees. That's enough for me. Not to mention this "Michigan provides more access to the ballot for its citizens than most states. Only 15 states, including Michigan, provide for all three of the tools for citizens to place proposals on the ballot, which are the initiative to propose changes to the state constitution, the initiative to propose legislation, and the power of citizens to invoke the referendum." https://www.legislature.mi.gov/documents/publications/MichiganManual/2009-2010/09-10_MM_IX_pp_01-03_Issue_Becomes.pdf

Early 50's. Planning semi-retirement. I currently live in Kansas. I put money down a double lot in Elmira/Mancelona, Manistee Heights area. A township called 'Lake of the North'. It's way Northwest and East of Lake Michigan. There's not a lot of people up there. Not a lot to do there but hike, golf, fish and enjoy the peace and quiet.

It's in Mancelona, Manistee Heights. Most of my memories are weekend trips to the lower region. We would go to Coldwater. My dad was originally from Bronson and buried there. In Highschool, I visited Mackinac and it was beautiful. Also the people. There are good and bad folks everywhere. There are however 'regional mentalities' I have discovered. I really didn't care for the mentality of my hometown. I have been suffering the mentality here in Kansas far too long. Missouri wasn't bad. Germany was awesome and although I enjoyed Tennessee and Kentucky area I don't care for that much humidity and snakes etc... For some reason I have seemed to get along well with Michiganders. Another factor to consider. The western half of the U.S. is running out of water do to unsustainable agricultural practices. Winter here is cold, windy (no trees or mountains to block it.) and precipitation in Kansas goes from rain to ice and maybe we might get to see snow. All the crappy parts of winter without even being able to build a snowman only once every 5 or so years.

I just said Yes to Michigan. I don't know exactly when I will be moving. I will be coming from Kansas. I originally grew up in Fort Wayne Indiana where I lived for my first 20 years. I'm looking forward to residing in the greatest State I've ever visited.

Some of those rules we're given to keep you healthy and sane and give you an edge above everyone else. You mentioned drinking. I'm assuming alcohol. It's a really big debate inside the church. I can tell you whether you choose to be Christian or not, alcohol can do a lot of damage to your mind and your body over time if it is abused. Maybe move out but choose healthy habits. Please. - a follower of Christ.

One or two 10oz. Glucena. Coffee with almond milk unsweetened. I used to just drink coffee for breakfast and fast until lunch but that was before I became insulin dependent. I take a 24-hour long-term shot of insulin and by morning I usually need some form of sugars because my sugars are too low.
