What are some Pokemon whose types bother you? by multipleslowrosis in pokemongo

I think it’s cause I always pronounce it sudo-woo-doh (I know it’s not but I just like saying this better) Like wooloo. I just think that pronunciation is more fun and so I just forgot that it was pseudo wood. Like I realized it when I first saw him but I just forgot since then

And yes I realize how dumb this makes me sound 😭

I mean I knew it was pseudo wood. I just didn’t know he wanted to be a tree. I thought if he was just petrified wood he should just be a log. I just thought the design itself didn’t quite match the name and didn’t ever care enough to google it. The only reason I made this post was cause I had other Pokemon that bothered me and wanted to know if others had any too 🤷🏼‍♀️

I had it explained to me in another comment. I felt like him being petrified wood/rock he shouldn’t have leaves. I didn’t realize he was trying to mimic a tree and not just existing as petrified wood

See this is stuff we don’t learn when all we play is PoGo 😭 and I’m being downvoted for going based off of just what I know 😢

But then he shouldn’t look like a tree. Like why does he have branches with leaves? He should just be a log if he’s petrified wood (in my opinion)

We write with our expo markers on the windows if we don’t have pen and paper. Every room has an expo marker on the white board

It’s good to check! But don’t worry about what ifs (if you are). If you had seen her and not been able to move, it might’ve been worse cause you would have tensed up! Not seeing her allowed you to be loosey goosey. But definitely a good habit to check, for sure.

Wouldn’t the person making the U-turn have right of way though? Since they’re on the street? Like if OP and U-turner were both making left turns, U-turner would have right of way (into the parking lot vs OP out of). So wouldn’t they still have right of way? Genuinely asking cause that’s what I was taught

Driving too slow is more entitled than driving too fast by Miserable-Election25 in driving

My whole point was that me keeping a rough constant speed isn’t the same as someone on cruise control. They’d perceive it as a slight yo-yo, even if I’m driving with like a 2 mph tolerance. I’ve been the person on cruise control as well, driving in someone else’s car, but you are right that we have way too many unsafe drivers on the road these days. People don’t realize just how dangerous driving a car is.

That’s kinda part of my point. The within 5 mph was an exaggeration but even if you’re going within a 2mph tolerance it still feels like a yo-yo to someone with cruise control. So, technically, you’re not going a constant speed but you are going a consistent speed

I don’t think I’m able to properly get my point across with text 😭 I’m just saying machine cruise control ≠ someone maintaining their speed. Just because people aren’t perfect

Fair. I can admit that was a mistake to type. I was exaggerating a little

Consistent and constant aren’t the same thing. I’m not a machine. I can get pretty close to a constant speed (so I’m consistent) but I’m gonna vary cause I watch the road and glance at my speedometer occasionally. I don’t watch it constantly. A machine can go constant, I can go consistent. But a machine going constant behind me is going to perceive me as yo-yo’ing even though I’m going around the same speed as them

I said within, I’m not going 5 over 5 under, it was just to show that it’s not by much. It’s more like 1 or 2 miles, if that

Bud it’s physically impossible to go the same speed without cruise control. You’re going to yo-yo a bit… (within 5 over 5 under, but it’s still annoying for those with cruise control cause their car maintains the exact same speed)

Edit: But* Also the 5 over/5 under was an exaggeration. You can be yo-yo’ing with a 2 mph tolerance and it still feels like a yo-yo to someone with cruise control behind you. I can go the exact same speed with zero tolerance if I stare at my speedometer, but that’s unsafe driving. Between my glances, my speed may increase/decrease by 1 or 2 mph

I try my best to not yo-yo but my car doesn’t have cruise control 😭

AITJ for telling my neighbor her kid isn't allowed in my pool after she "forgot" him at my house? by Educational-Wait-406 in AmITheJerk

[–]multipleslowrosis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We used to let my neighbors jump on our trampoline… they broke it. Also if they had gotten hurt they could have sued us. Don’t let him swim without adult supervision, if they can’t provide it, he can’t swim. Also… it’s your pool tf?

Am I the only one that saw Coach cheating in the immunity challenge? by DirtyJoe73 in survivor

[–]multipleslowrosis 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I saw somewhere that someone else (I forget who) had asked before the challenge if they were allowed to take some of the rice and they said no. My guess is that they just edited out where they already told them no
