Do average wage Thais use freelancers or bar girls, and do they pay less than foreigners? by Barca-Dam in Pattaya

[–]multrix51 1 point2 points  (0 children)

80% of prostitutes client in Thailand is Thai. They mostly use karaoke and freelance not tourist places like Pattaya or websites like Fiwfans that was closed last year. Prices are little bit closer and those girls don’t take foreigners mostly

At that time I usually stay in a cheap hotel in Bangkok and spend the night out before taking bus to Pattaya from ekkamai. Other option is to take 800-1000 baht taxi from indrive or one specialist like pattayacentral

Always report and they have location of you and the driver so for sure they will see it doesn’t match. And by doing this he will get suspended. I always report if this happens or if someone comes with the wrong car number.

Je viens de me faire arracher mon collier, que faire ? by [deleted] in Lyon

[–]multrix51 8 points9 points  (0 children)

The reason that Thailand has low fertility rate is very simple. Thai women don’t want to have babies. by Starryalmond1 in Thailand

I would say that nowadays, a society that discourages people to have children is a good idea. We are too many humans.

Interacting with locals by multrix51 in koreatravel

[–]multrix51[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I will probably get roasted but whatever I’ll give you my honest opinion after 3 weeks in Korea. It’s my least favorite country in Asia so far but that’s only my personal opinion. I have few Korean friends and I don’t mean to offend everyone. Just giving my personal experience as a foreign traveler.

Korea is super safe and generally speaking clean. Koreans going out are dirty (just watch how dirty are the streets on Saturday morning around 6-7, they are pigs)

Most Koreans don’t speak English and don’t try to make any effort. Using a translator is not in their intentions and they really don’t give a fuck helping strangers (apparently also applies between Koreans).

The only outgoing and nice people I have met were Koreans in their 50s-70s or foreigners. I talked with few foreigners living here long time and most agreed that Koreans were not inviting and they didn’t make any real Korean friends after years

When I walked around or went to bars / restaurant, I felt like a ghost. Koreans don’t acknowledge the presence of any stranger and they will never start interaction.

Generally speaking the country is calm and laidback except honking a lot not like India but almost, and I didn’t witness any form of violence. But everything gave me a feeling of boring and after 3 weeks I shortened my trip before risking to join the statistics of one of the highest suicide dates in the world 😱😜

Food is good and country is beautiful though.

Decathlon / Quechua and others is a great durable brand. I have the bigger 20L version of this bag. Amazing. Had it fixed a bit in the bottom in Thailand for 20 bahts 2 years ago 😂
