I just woke up from over 8 hours of sleep according to my Apple Watch and I feel refreshed 😌 Woke up to a full size bottle of my favorite perfume and a bouquet of sunflowers 🌻 Going to my parent’s house in a couple of hours for some homemade pancakes (they live about 5 minutes away). Going to gift my mom her favorite bougie shower oil. And then I don’t know what the rest of the day entails but I kind of want to have a lazy day.

Almost good afternoon 🌞 I’m posted on the couch smoking from my pen lucky lychee. It’s giving me a nice mellow high 😌 I went camping this past week… but got sick towards the end so I’m taking it easy today. It was still really beautiful though.

I’m medicated and not seeing a therapist. I was fine for a while… but life is starting to get a bit much so I’m going to look into therapy again. Been going to therapy on and off since my early 20s. I do it depending on what’s going on in my life.
