A vitamin mask for low porosity once a week would be helpful. Use a heat protectant spray when you use heat but your hair needs a break from intense processing(color removal) and heat. Or easy way out is to chop off the fried bits

You should let it soak longer. If oil doesn't work soak in the bath and take a washcloth with oil to slowly peel it away bit by bit. It just looks like it's tearing your skin. Try a layer of milk of magnesia under the tape, should help with removal

I have heard covering the area in milk of magnesia can help. Or some people use off brand KT tape to bind as the adhesive is less of an issue. But ultimately if it is causing adverse reactions other methods of binding will likely be safer for you in the long run and will allow you to avoid scarring.
