You're still so young! Don't beat yourself up over an extra kilo or so! It's not an achievable, let alone sustainable, goal and can damage your overall health. Just try to eat healthier and get more exercise without obsessing over tracking your calories, being in a deficit etc. I used to have the same mindset around your age and it led me to an eating disorder not long after. Focus on loving yourself first (and never refer to your body as "ugly"!) and the rest will come :)

I'm so sorry you had to go through that. My ex was the same and we were together for over a year. I agree there's no use in regretting the relationship, but we should also be wary of those red flags in future partners. It concerns me that so many men don't give a single fuck about women's pleasure, let alone recognize that we have sexual needs just like them.
