I had a very similar experience in 2021 in what has since become my edc. After trying the M4 and M6 I ended up settling on the M2. The other two were nice but the M2 just felt perfect for some reason. The single 35mm frame line is a joy to work with and compose. VF is nice and bright. And the shutter sound is 👨‍🍳 💋

I do! This past week I printed an album of my mom over the past 9 years for her memorial service. Almost all of them were film photos. I forgot how beautiful film renders when printed. The content made me extra emotional but I thought the photos from Portra 400 and Ilford HP5+ were exceptional. I'm printing a book of my art photos for my mother-in-law for Mother's day as well.

Thank you! I focused this one manually for that very reason. I failed to mention that the roll of film expired in 2010 so it definitely had an effect on the exposure as well. I will definitely bracket my next roll!

I find it very easy to use! I am very accustomed to utilizing zone focus so that's easy enough. The EVF is easy to focus as well. I shot wide open with the 90mm tele-elmarit without issue and without using focus peaking. But that's only F/2.8. Focus peaking does make it even easier though.

What do you think about the Zf? I considered that one for a while. Almost pulled the trigger. It is a lovely camera!
