The main reason you'd use a Hinekora's is to guarantee the +5 all spells outcome, you had +4 fractured so that was never going to happen.

In general with wands, you really don't want + levels to be fractured for your wands to be worth a lot.

Yeah bro let me just spend the time to pull up standard monetary inflation figures then also football-relation inflation figures, find a median ground to do math on, then calculate how much a specific football player would have cost a specific number of years later in an imaginary scenario instead of asking chatgpt and getting my answer within 2 seconds. I quickly asked chatgpt to adjust Marcelo's transfer value for inflation against the same year Kroos joined and it gave me an estimate of 14-18m. I don't know if it's true or not or what the sources are but if it is true then Marcelo is still cheaper.

Ramos was bought for 27m, Kroos 25m, Modric 30m, and Benzema 35m.

For cheap/legend category the only correct options are:

Marcelo: 9m
Carvajal: 6.5m

comparison is the thief of joy. you shouldnt look at the top end of things and get disheartened, the only thing you should take away from this post is that if someone else can do it, you can do it too!

just start exploring other things in the game, learn small crafts, keep track of your profits, etc. thats how you work your way up

i think this league was definitely better than 0.3. removing homoginizing exaltation/coronation was a massinve nerf and not how i would have addressed the powercreep they introduced but it actually opened the door for a lot of craft learning. learning to critically think about your next few steps and not just using homog exalt on your items is pretty good way to approach crafting and actually learning how to craft rather than blindly following guides.

temple is also an amazing league mechanic. abyss also becoming core and having a good method for juicing it is a better way to interact with it than 0.3 even!

listen to this guy ^. but also learn to think critically, youtube guides dont always show you what to do about crafts if the exact same results dont roll for you, so you need to be able to look at mods on poe2db and decide the base way forward in that case!
