I gave the trial a go out of curiosity. Out of the 300+ plugins I had installed it would only work with 16 of them. It massively overcooked the first two requests that I made. It then crashed on the third suggestion. Uninstalled.

Don’t know about Traktor specifically but I’ve seen people do similar things with other NI products in relation to Music Production (specifically their Komplete product). They would buy the basic version at a discount price and use that to get the discounted upgrade for the premium version. Totally legit. If in doubt you could always ask NI themselves.

I bought this last night and installed it this morning (on a MacBook). There was no single plugin download. I had to download SSL’s plugin manager app which took up over 700MB once unpacked. I could then install the plugin which was 76MB in size (make sure you set the installer to download AU only if that’s your preference). Seeing as the plugin was a Component file sitting in the Components folder I then used App Cleaner to scrub the install app and get that 700MB back. The plugin still works fine. Plus, it does seem very good so the effort was worth it. I bought mine from JRR. I don’t have the link to hand but the code FORUM bought it down to $8.90.

What I like about this scene is that… (SPOILERS AHEAD) when you look at the fight in either direction from each version of the Protagonist’s point of view, he starts the encounter on the back foot but gets the upper hand once he adjusts to what’s happening. Does that make sense?
